2. Description of Service
PAM Studio is an AI-powered prompt management tool designed for photo booth operators. The service generates, stores, and organizes AI image prompts optimized for various photo booth software platforms including Snappic, Banana 2.0, Touchpix, and others.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your password and account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
PAM Studio offers both free trial and paid subscription plans:
Free Trial: Limited to 3 prompt generations. No credit card required.
Paid Plans: Monthly, annual, and lifetime options are available. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Renewals: Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time through your Account page. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PAM Studio to:
Generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in a way that exceeds normal usage.
Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content: PAM Studio, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Focus and Fabulous Events and protected by copyright law.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the event data and prompts you create using PAM Studio. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
AI-Generated Prompts: Prompts generated by PAM are provided as creative tools. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated prompts complies with the terms of your photo booth software and applicable copyright law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PAM Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI-generated prompts will produce specific results in your photo booth software.
The service will meet your specific requirements.
You use the service at your own risk. Always test prompts before live events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus and Fabulous Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PAM Studio. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
